Description:
The truck lift is a state-of-the-art multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is movable. It is delivered as a pre-assembled, plug & play complete solution in an installation cassette, fully tested for quick and uncomplicated commissioning.

Construction and Safety:
The telescopic lifting units feature extremely high bending strength and torsional rigidity according to EN 1493, achieved through the innovative square SQUARE columns. The square columns are torsion proof and fitted with a durable, low-friction special nickel coating, minimising maintenance and extending service life. An internally protected double-acting hydraulic cylinder system provides extra stability and protection. The entire column guidance is designed to be robust and low-maintenance. Operational safety is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits and electronic pressure and leakage monitoring.

Operation and Control:
The lift is operated via a portable touchscreen control unit displaying all relevant data and information clearly. An electronic synchronisation system guarantees even lifting, regardless of pickup point. A signal lamp supports safe raising and lowering operations. In case of power failure, a battery-operated emergency lowering device is integrated.

Equipment and Flexibility:
The platform features an extremely robust drive-over aluminium segment cover with a non-slip surface, suitable for wheel loads up to 7,000 kg and with 930 mm width. The flexible plug-in pickup system allows for the lifting of very wide and low vehicles. CE-compliant crushing and shearing protection is also included for enhanced safety.
